This form of body psychotherapy is an invitation to feel deeper and to connect with your true self and with your body. This process is about you. It is a transformational process wherein we dive deeper and explore what is blocking you from living your full potential.
In the sessions we work with the body, movement, breathing, feeling and personal interaction. In the therapeutic process blockages and contracted feelings in yourself and in your relationships become visible. You will gain deeper awareness and learn to explore and express your feelings so that your life energy can flow freely. It is a process that supports you to be able to enjoy life to the fullest.
