Lea Pelka
Since 2014, I have been working in my practice in Nijmegen in the Netherlands. As a body-oriented therapist, I support people on their journey towards personal growth and self-development. In the therapy process, we dive into the depth to explore what keeps you from enjoying life to the fullest. It is a path to greater joy in life, inner strength, awareness and deep connection with yourself, others and the world. My intention is to provide a safe and supportive space in which you can explore your inner truth and your authentic self.
The therapy process is all about you and your unique life questions.
I am happy to support you to explore who you truly are.

– Bachelor Study Arts Therapies, specialization Dramatherapy
– Reiki 1 & 2, Reiki Master
– Professional Training Core Energetics, Body Psychotherapy (NICE, Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics)
– Various courses and trainings
For my professional development and the maintenance of my skills, I regularly train further
and reflect my therapeutic work in supervision.
